Old services, undocumented drains, tired stumps and earlier owners' alterations all turn up during demolition and excavation. They're raised with you straight away, with the options and the cost, before work carries on.

Living in the house during the works

When a household stays put, the job is staged around them. The new structure is closed in quickly, services are kept running, and access, noise and dust are planned for. Warrick has run works around a family living in the house, so he knows what it asks of people.

Neighbours and the street

Most renovations happen on tight blocks. Deliveries, skips, access down the side of the house and protection of neighbouring property are worked out before the first day on site.
